Whether you’re visiting Big Bear for a weekend getaway or looking for a memorable local experience, this one-of-a-kind guided hike offers the perfect blend of adventure, mindfulness, and mountain serenity.

As daylight fades and the mountains settle into evening, the sounds of the forest change. The air cools, the crowds disappear, and a different side of Big Bear begins to emerge. Moonlight & Mountain Medicine is a guided night hike and sound bath experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with nature, and experience the mountains in a completely different way.


This special event combines a peaceful 1.5-hour guided night hike with a restorative outdoor sound bath led by Indigo Mountain Wellness Center. Together, these experiences create an evening of movement, mindfulness, and connection beneath the stars.
Space is intentionally limited to keep the experience personal and immersive.

What to Bring

Mountain temperatures can drop quickly after sunset, even during summer months. We recommend dressing in layers for comfort.
