Participant Waivers
One Quick Step Before Your Adventure
Before we hit the trail, every participant needs to complete a liability waiver.
It only takes a minute or two, and it helps make sure everyone understands what to expect before enjoying their adventure in the mountains. All participants must complete a waiver before joining a guided hike or event.
People Waiver:
Dog Waiver:
(We welcome your furry bestie with a signed dog waiver unless otherwise noted.)
Prefer to sign a paper copy?
Electronic waivers are the quickest and easiest option, but if you prefer, you can also complete a paper waiver before your adventure.
Please email your completed waiver to us at least 24 hours before your scheduled hike. We can’t accept paper copies at the trailhead, so they’ll need to be submitted in advance.

Why Do I Need to Sign a Waiver
Spending time in the mountains is incredibly rewarding, but like any outdoor adventure, it comes with natural risks.
The waiver helps make sure everyone understands those risks before joining a guided experience. It also allows us to focus on what really matters once we reach the trailhead: helping you enjoy your time outside.
Have any questions?
If you have any questions about the waiver before your adventure, we’re happy to help.
