Weekend Itinerary

Friday: Arrival & Welcome

• 6:00PM: Gathering Begins
• 6:00PM Set up your personal campsite (hosts available to assist if needed)
• 7:00PM: Welcome dinner: Chili
• 8:00PM: Campfire welcome with hot cocoa & s’mores
• 8:15PM: Introductions and community agreements

  • Meet your hosts and facilitators

• 8:45 PM: Summer Solstice reflection circle & seasonal discussion
• 9:15 PM: Evening meditation and weekend intention setting

Saturday: Movement, Hiking & Creativity

• 6:00AM: Coffee & tea bar opens
• 6:30AM -7:15AM: Breakfast (self-provided)
• 7:30AM: Sunrise stretch / gentle yoga session
• 8:00AM: Depart for guided hike

Hike details will be selected based on guest intake forms and experience levels.

• 12:30 PM:Lunch break (bring your own lunch/snacks)
• 1:00 PM-2:00 PM: Free time / rest period

Afternoon Workshop Series

• 2:00 PM-5:00 PM: Creative and wellness workshops

This is a community camping experience, not a luxury retreat. Guests are expected to participate respectfully and responsibly.
