Weekend Itinerary

Friday: Arrival & Welcome

• 6:00PM: Gathering Begins
• 6:00PM:Set up your personal campsite (hosts available to assist if needed)


• 7:00PM: Welcome dinner: Chili


• 8:00PM: Campfire welcome with hot cocoa & s’mores


• 8:15PM: Introductions and community agreements

• 8:45 PM: Summer Solstice reflection circle & seasonal discussion


• 9:15PM: Evening meditation and weekend intention setting


• 10:00PM: Quiet camp time / rest

Saturday: Movement, Hiking & Creativity

• 6:00AM: Coffee & tea bar opens
• 6:00AM -7:15AM: Breakfast (self-provided)


• 7:30AM: Morning movement and connection


• 8:00AM: Depart for guided hike

• 12:30PM: Lunch break (bring your own lunch/snacks)


• 1:00PM-2:00PM: Free time / rest period

Afternoon Workshop Series

Weekend and Saturday Activities Pass Expectations

This is a community experience, not a luxury retreat. Guests are expected to participate respectfully and responsibly.

Please be prepared to:

1-Day Option

For those who want to experience the heart of the gathering without camping, we now offer a Saturday Activities Pass.

This one-day option gives you full access to all Saturday experiences, including a guided hike, morning movement and connection, meditation, creative activities, dinner, and a campfire experience, without the overnight stay.

It’s a great fit if you:

  • Prefer your own lodging
  • Live nearby and want a day experience
  • Aren’t ready for a full weekend commitment

Price: $111 per person

Join us for a full day of connection, movement, and time in nature, then head home to rest in your own space.

Spots are limited to keep the group intimate.

FAQs

How physically demanding will the weekend be?

Moderate. Hiking routes will be selected based on participant experience and intake forms.

Do I need camping experience?

No, beginners are welcome, but you must be comfortable handling your own tent and personal camp setup.

Is food included?

Group dinners are included. Guests provide their own breakfasts, lunches, and snacks.

Is this a luxury retreat?

No. This is a hands-on community camping gathering focused on connection, nature, and shared responsibility.

Do I need to bring my own art supplies?

No. Materials for activities are included in the price unless it is suggested in the above packing list (i.e., yoga mat).

What age do you need to be to participate?

This gathering is intentionally designed for women who are looking for peace, reflection, connection, and movement. With that being said, we welcome ladies as young as 16 if they are looking for the same things.
